Registrants must be 18 years and older.
Registration Fee: $70 early bird / $80 after Oct 31
Goalie Fee: $40 early bird / $50 after Oct 31
**All players must be insured with CARHA. Insurance costs $23.
Fee includes a banquet ticket. Extra tickets are $20 each.
Refund Policy: Before Nov 1, 50% back. After Nov 1, nuthin'

Unlike Tournaments where you send in your roster and payment for a whole team, Jamborees are individual sign-up. We make the teams as even as we can based on the skill levels and preferred positions of participants.
Games are played Friday evening (starting at 5:30 pm) and all day Saturday at the Takhini Arena, followed by a banquet Saturday evening in the Takhini Arena mezzanine.
Each team plays five games: two Friday and three Saturday. Download schedule here.

How to Register
Step 1 of 2. Register online: CLOSED. Jamboree is full.
- Click on the link above and complete the registration form.
- Enter your email address carefully.
- You will receive an email confirming your registration. If a confirmation email is not received, check your Junk folder. If still no confirmation email, contact the Board at wwhayukon@gmail.com.
Step 2 of 2. Complete waiver and pay registration fee.
- Print and complete waiver. Download waiver here.
- Drop-off (or mail) waiver and fees at Sport Yukon 4061-4th Avenue (Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm). Waiver and payments will also be received by Board members at the CGC before/after their league games, assuming they are playing (e.g., Kim on Team Blue).
- To qualify for early bird rates, fees must be received no later than Oct 31. Registration will be cancelled if fees are not received by Nov 10. Exceptions may be made for players living outside of the Whitehorse area.
