CARHA Insurance
As a member of the WWHA, you are insured with CARHA (Canadian Adult Recreational Hockey Association) for on-ice accidents for one year from Oct 1, 2022 to May 1, 2023.
The CARHA Insurance webpage host information on what is covered for on-ice accidents as well as instructions on how to submit a claim using the Sport Accident Claim form.
**You must wear a CSA certified helmet. Better yet, follow the Equipment Policy for the WWHA.**
**The Sport Accident Claim form must be submitted within 90 days of the accident, and you must see a doctor/dentist within 30 days from the date of the injury.**
